      As an award winner with Prudential California several years in a row, Michael has moved up the ranks quickly in his “second career” begun just ten years ago. Prior to his relocation to California in 1989 he called Philadelphia, PA. home. His transition to real estate came in 2000 while living in Altadena, after a longtime profession as a photographer and designer in Los Angeles with previous studios and clients on both coasts. He now holds several designations in real estate including CRS, RCC, e-Pro, Short Sales Specialist and belongs to Prudential's Architectural Collection Division.

      Michael has spent several years remodeling and reselling high-end properties in the Pasadena area and has been told he’s “missed his calling” as a talent for locating and evaluating distressed properties that have mega-potential for investors. “It’s also a great creative outlet too”.

Specializing in coastal residential and resort properties, Michael has represented clients from Pasadena to San Juan Capistrano, and helped with relocations nationwide. Currently with Prudential's Treasure Island office in Laguna Beach, Michael's most recent affiliation was with the prior John Aaroe division of Prudential CA in Pasadena where he still services clients.

“Even in this economic slowdown, we all should try to give to those less fortunate”. In addition to the Prudential CARES organizations, Michael supports several charities locally and abroad such as Meals on Wheels in Laguna Beach and World Vision where he sponsors two children and has purchased a variety of farm animals and tools to help the needy become self sufficient. Another of his favorite charities is The Smile Train which he encourages everyone he comes in contact with to support, and most would agree after viewing “Smile Pinki” a documentary that won a 2008 Academy Award.
